Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is looking to add a  Door and Window Field Installation Manager to our growing team. In this Supervisory role, you will oversee the Installation teams to ensure best practices are being executed and quality standards are met. This person will work closely with Sales, Operations, and all production teams to resolve outstanding issues, and deliver our unique brand of customer experience and value.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

  • Identify and implement best practice SOP's for Installation department while holding our team accountable to these standards.
  • Conduct job site visits ensuring that the RbA installation process and quality standards are met. Document and report all visits, department personnel observations and improvement recommendations to the Director of Production for appropriate Installer training and process enhancement.
  • Manage Installation crew capacity, recruiting, onboarding and workload balancing for Subcontracting crews in 3 fast-paced growing markets.
  • Work closely with Assistant General Manager to create measurable processes for all existing and future Installation crews.
  • Communicate organizational goals clearly to Install Crews, motivating and coaching to maximize Install Potential on monthly basis.
  • Manage all daily processes and procedures for the Install department including Monthly Meetings, Training, Growth, Discipline, and Team Building
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team on overall Organizational Goals, establishing and driving specific installation KPIs, while promoting a sustainable, trusting work environment.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

  • 6-10 years’ experience in Construction or Home Improvement industry. Including 2-3 years of experience managing and recruiting multiple crews of trade professionals in a subcontracting environment.
  • Demonstratable track record of relationship management and collaboration, team building, and organizational agility.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly organized, accurate, and the ability to reflect empathy to customers and Install crews.
  • Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency along with experience as a user with computer-based productivity tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and collaborative, agile, with the ability to react to fast paced work environment while managing a team.
  • Residential Builders License or General Contractors License a plus.
