Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Associate Marketing Manager to launch, track, and report on media campaigns throughout the media mix. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with an eagerness to deepen their knowledge about all marketing channels, including but not limited to television, direct mail, paid search, paid social, email and website strategy. We are seeking a candidate who is ready to expand their marketing skills and grow within our rapidly expanding company.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

2-5 years of marketing experience perferred.

Experience with digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and HubSpot is preferred

Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Growth mindset who is curious with a bias toward action

Occasional Travel

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Ability to work independently

Essential Functions

· Update reports and monitor key performance indicators on a daily and weekly basis for marketing channels.

Serve as the main point of contact for the creation and distribution of trackable links, QR codes, URLs and trackable phone numbers.

Work Environment

· Office Setting: Tasks such as creating marketing collateral, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing marketing data.

  marketing, and content management systems, to execute marketing strategies.

· Collaboration: Regular collaboration with other members of the marketing team, as well as cross-

  functional collaboration with sales teams, product teams, and other departments.

· Fast-Paced Environment: Working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak marketing

  seasons or when executing time-sensitive campaigns.

· Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in marketing strategies, industry trends, and company

  goals.
