This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a luxury, consultative sales environment and knows how to inspire teams to deliver white-glove customer experiences while consistently driving revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

  • Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Project Consultants, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.

  • Train, mentor, and develop new Project Consultants, providing ongoing coaching to build confidence and skills.

  • Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching sessions — split between demonstrating sales excellence and observing/mentoring.

  • Drive performance by focusing on elevating the “middle 50%” of the team to maximize overall results.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report results to leadership.

 

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or comparable leadership role.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished presence with both team and clients.

  • Deep understanding of sales principles and consultative customer service practices.

  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM/sales tools.

Preferred:

  • Background in luxury sales, high-value transactions, or in-home/consultative sales.

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment

  • Combination of in-home client visits, ride-alongs, and office-based meetings/training.

  • Flexibility required, including availability for some evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to lift and move product samples (up to 85 lbs).
